As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, she is responsible for leading the human resources function for the company, with specific responsibilities in organizational design and leadership development, talent management, compensation and benefits administration, internal communications and safety. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience working in leading commodity and agricultural firms, including ConAgra Foods, Ardent Mills and, most recently, PHM Brands where she was the Chief Human Resources Officer and Customer Experience Leader. Jennifer has BA and MBA degrees and is an active board member in non-profit organizations. She lives in Northern Colorado with her family. She enjoys cheering on her two boys at their competitive events, exercising, and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and dog.
