Call for Proposals

Thought leaders, innovators, and supply chain experts are invited to submit session proposals for DairyTech 2025, happening October 29–30, 2025, in Columbus, Ohio. Hosted each year by the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) and Ever.Ag, DairyTech brings together senior leaders from around the world to discuss and shape the most powerful insights that will transform the dairy industry.

In today’s dynamic market, the dairy supply chain is under pressure to be faster, smarter, more transparent, and more sustainable. DairyTech 2025 will spotlight transformative ideas, technologies, and strategies driving the supply chain of the future.

If you are helping to build a supply chain that’s agile, tech-enabled, and resilient—from on-farm systems to last-mile logistics—we want to hear from you.

We welcome creative proposals including but not limited to the following:

  • Smarter Logistics: Cold chain advancements, predictive delivery, and fleet automation
  • Supply Chain Transparency: Real-time tracking, IoT integration, and demand forecasting
  • Sustainability at Scale: Decarbonizing the supply chain, optimizing water and energy use, reducing packaging waste, and streamlining ESG reporting.
  • Digitization and Data: Integrated platforms, blockchain, and AI-driven decision support
  • Risk & Resilience: Lessons from supply chain shocks and preparing for what’s next
  • Workforce Innovation: The future of labor, robotics, automation, and training
  • Consumer Insights & Data Driven Distribution: E-commerce, customization, and flexible fulfillment models

Submit Your Proposal

  • The abstract should be 200-300 words long. The presentation format is 30-45 minutes (individual, co-presented, or panel) and should be educational, case-based content that is non-commercial. In your proposal, please include: Proposed session title and description; Name(s) of proposed speaker(s); A short bio (100–150 words) for each speaker; and Contact information for lead presenter.
